1. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental United States (excluding Florida), Washington D.C., Alaska and Hawaii,

18 years of age and older as of time of entry, who have a valid driver?s license at the time of entry and delivery of the prize, except the employees of the Sponsor, Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S. Inc. (publisher of Premiere magazine), and the prize contributor, DaimlerChrysler Motors Company, LLC (?Prize Contributor?), and Paramount Pictures Corporation (collectively, the ?Sweepstakes Affiliates?) and members of the immediate families of those employees living in the same household of those employees. Sponsor?s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes are final, binding and cannot be appealed.
