Re: Intermittent Stalling - Fuel Pump / Sensor

So you think the fuel pump's the problem? Can banging the fuel tank alleviate other defective components, or is it most likely the pump? Thanks.

Replace the fuel pump. How many warnings do you want? > God Bless America, ßill O|||||||O > mailto: snipped-for-privacy@aol.com

If banging makes a difference, I would be checking the electrical connections on the fuel pump. The plug will get corroded and the ground tag to the frame there can also get corroded.

Or the pump is just plain wearing out....
