Removing RTV from Paint

I have figured that out now, but his "emphasis" on only that one word with a pause after it sure led me to think otherwise at the time. If he was quoting, all the suggestions were quotes so he should have had " on each.

What I can't beleive is how long this has been going on, seems like over a week, I read the first couple post about removing RTV as I was just swapping diff covers and thought I might need the info, but soon learned after the first day that nothing more was coming about removing RTV. Just for a laugh I decided to see how far it had gotten today. Doubt it can spiral down much forther.
