The sealant in the gutters appears cracked and crazed. It has broken through in one tiny spot and is showing a hint of rust. It has only just started and should be easy to take care of but, what do I do about the crazed sealant? I am in Aus so I guess the hot summers had something to do with it. I'd like a reasonably long term fix for this problem and would prefer not to use regular builders silcone sealer. Steve W.
