OT - Top gear

Did any else notice this, the BBC obviously didn't.

In last nights top gear the boys experienced 24 hour racing with there oen diesel powered car.

The car had the sponsers logo writen on the side of it, as in true race car tradition. The sponser's name was "Peniston Oils".

Now in one unfortunate scene, when the car was in the pit line, the door or of the car was open wide. Add to this the fact that the rear edge of the door cut the sponsers name between the letters 's' and 't'.....

...well the word PENIS was clearly visible written across the door of the car.

The BBC editors obviouly missed it, however it was quite appropriate for when Jeremy Clarkson was taking his turn at driving.

[Snippety snip]

It was intentional. Clarkson was muttering about it at the beginning, saying as they were doing it for the BBC they weren't allowed advertising - so they'd make up some of their own - but you only saw the intention a few scenes later when you saw the car with both doors open! :-)

What's with the green dots? - the one after "arse" and especially the one that dots the "i" in "Penis"? coincedence?

sayonara Martin Mose Larsen

Larsen's Biscuits becomes Arse Biscuits when the door opened.

Yes, it was very funny, and yes, I'm sure the BBC knew all about it. TG has the role of the Jester in a mediaeval court - bopping the King on the nose, saying rude things to the Queen, and relieving tension in the general population which might otherwise be spent in something really dangerous.

Arse Biscuits - I'm still chuckling at that one. See Viz if you don't get it!

dunno...

But the BBC now have a thing called iPlayer, where you can register and download lots and lots of recent telly for free. Its actually not bad and is updated frequently.

Itll be on there for sure, else look at onthebox.com
