There's no such thing as a polish which will 'cover' scratches - they need to be polished out with some form of cutting compound then a wax applied to hopefully prevent any more happening. You can either do this separately with something like T-Cut - or Farecla if the scratches are deep - or a polish that combines the two.
I dont fancy removed the lacquer on the paint which I am sure this would

I found Turtle wax Extreme pretty good for polishing out small scratches. Of course, being clear you can't see that it's removing some of the lacquer, but it does.
