I just replaced the electric fan in front of the a/c evaperator and after turning the a/c on, the fan does not come on. Is there a relay I have to look at and where might it be found. I just recharged the system with "freeze 12 and it is blowing cool air. Maybe I need more?

Check the fuse, it should be located forward of the regular fuse box, on top of the left front wheel. There should be a couple of approx. 2" sq. black plastic covers that can be squeezed and lifted off, and fuses underneath. They probably need the points cleaned and the fuses replaced.
