A and B class Mercedes has the same prblems with the automatc gearbox. there is nor solution by Mercedes. Problem: if you start the ca you have no chance to switch in the economy mode (=comfort). First you must need the kick down (=at full throttle) the the car operate normal ! Mercedes said: hats normal in the moment. There is no solution !!!. All new A an B class car's with (Diesel) Automatic gearbox has this problems. You have this problems if you start the car, everytime you start the car.
Mercedes Solution:
need fuff throttle (Vollgas) at first than the car will operate normal ! This ist he answer from a hight tec company !
