Both lights have come on recently. I note if I start the car with the parking brake off they don't come on immediately but will in a short period of time after starting the car. The do come on immediately when the parking brake is on when starting the car. I have a C230 1998 MB. The book indicates these lights could come on when voltage is below
12V. I wonder if my battery might be heading south as the cause. Any other ideas? The brake wear light hasn't come on yet but I suspect my brakes are due to be replaced pretty soon now. They appear to be about
1/2 worn the last time I looked at them. Thanks for your input.
