Is there any secret sequence of buttons to push on a 2000 E320 to read codes without an OBDII scanner?

Any way to get OBDII messages on E320?

Turn ignition on, roll down both front windows, then both rear windows, roll them all up simultaneously. Open and close drivers door twice, then open and close front passenger door once. Turn ignition off then on again, open glove box and press horn.
Indicators will now flash out all fault codes in morse code.
To erase fault memory repeat process as above but instead of pressing horn at end activate screen washer jets
