Isn't. Der Klunker is a 1981 300SD. But it does not qualify for the Cash for Clunkers program. It's too old (more than 25 years) and its fuel mileage is too good -- 21+ in city, 30+ highway. Otherwise, it's falling apart from rust though it still drives beautifully.
