Hi,
Recently purchased a 51 plate ML270 and after running it noticed that the glow plug symbol on the dashboard stays on longer than normal on the dash. After about 5 mins the glow plug symbol vanishes. Am somewhat concerned as to what this means so any suggestions would be appreciated.

a burning glow plug symbol when the engine is running means one or more glow plugs must be replaced, i suggest to replace them all at once
