Hi. My V220CDI has got its summer wheels set on, and seems to have got some vibration while driving at 60-80 km/h... Is this unbalance from front wheels or something more serious... Any suggestion?

That speed, 60 - 80Km/hr, seems slow for wheel (im)balance to shake the car, that usually occurs at 100 - 110 km/hr.
Be sure wheel nuts are tight, if so, have a shop check the tires' balance and wheel bearings.
