So, if you're driving on the sidewalk, and you can't see the signs, you can get out of the ticket?
Marvelous.
I also like the bit about being able to skip a ticket because a bit of paint is missing on what's obviously been painted before and removed by a pothole.
Yeah, I know what to do; avoid scofflaws!
