Right. Having checked every possible reason for my 1330 running warmer than desired i've decided to flush the system. The radiator is new so i was thinking of removing it and simply flush the block and head. My question is:
1) which way do i flush it? (remove thermostat?, reverse flush?, open drain plug at rear?)
2)Any effective products out there to remove some of the rust buld up in the cooloant jacket? Would the water pump prevent any significant sludge from escaping the system if i reverse flushed it?
In other words if anybody has done this before and please enlighten me :-)
