looking at a 97 galant, good shape overall,was in accident and repaired, needed inspection due to being a salvage vehicle. st of ct. any input? seller asking 4000....

$4000 for a '97 galant is high. $4000 for a '97 galant with a salvage title is nutty. i would not consider this car, it is priced at twice it's value.
