This cover is from a 2001 Montero but it should fit any 2001-2004 full sized Montero. The tire cover is complete with the backing plate and is ready to bolt on to the spare receiver.
The condition is excellent with just a few minor scratched areas around the edges which can only be seen when you are up close and looking for them.
The color is black.
