All,
I have a 1992 Magna 2.6l 4 cylinder (Australian) that will not idle up when the air conditioner is turned on. Idle speed control motor has been replaced and can be heard to operate when the ignition is turned on.
The idle speed in neutral is set to 800rpm (factory spec) but when the a/c is switched on it drops to 500.
Any ideas on what could be causing the problem.
