Hi My g/f has an 02 Montero Sport, 3L, 4wd, & gets a code spitttin out from check engine light sayin somethin about "warm up catalyst" somethin or another. Sorry, I forget, but the point is, it also said something about sensor 1 bank 2 (IIRC) oxy sensor needin to be replaced, so I had it replaced the other day. Now the light's back on, so she's gonna run her up to Auto Zone & get the code comin out now. Question is, after bein up under the car, I saw 2 cats comin down from the headers leadin to the big cat in the rear, and we want to get a new cat convertor to pass inspection (in Texas), so is replacing the rear cat gonna be enough or do we need to replace all 3 cats?

Forgot to add that the car has ~ 145K miles on her. I remember replacing my single cat on my old Integra & that made me pass inspection with flying colors after failing emissions. Thanks all.
