Mitdubishi Galant.1.8 16v SOHC engne. Gonna fit a new one anyway, but can someone tell me the manufacturers recomended mileage between changes for this engine? Last changed at 54k. Car has now done 107k. Technical information on these cars seems a little thin on the internet to say the least. :-) Mike.

Thanks "simpleton". Someone else told me it was every 54k, which ties in with the service records. But maybe it was changed early. In any case I'm going to change it, as I've only just baught the car. Mike.
