The missus, who wants me to have a smaller newer car sent me thelink to=20this.Normally dealer and private sale, T16 convertables normally go between=20=A34 and 6k even for the older ones.This one I think won't get close, and probably wont hit reserve, becaue=20the purist won't won't the bloack rubber bumpers painted, and the=20Aesthetes who normally buy convertables would the colour coded bumpers,=20but hate the scabby look of them.It's one of the later ones so it should have the later gearbox (much=20stronger), the water cooled mitsu turbo, and the Saab 9000 compatible=20brake system (with rear handbrake) and the 9000 bolt pattern, so a=20better choice of wheels should i wish to change them.very tempting I can tell you.I've mailed the seller, asked the questions.How far up the boost gauge does it go on full boost?After replacing the hood, does it open and close properly?Any damage to the hood since replacement?Does it have the leather and Aircon options (yes sometimes the roof will=20be shut on a wet day, and Saabs get bloody hot when sealed inside)?Reason I asked about the hood and interior is that all the photos show=20it open, but nothing of the dash/seats.I've asked if he has any interior photos he could send.--=20The poster formerly known as Skodapilot.

I could g and get something decent tomorrow, but I wouldn't have the space for it, and the extra dosh would take the options that bit further.
