I have access to a cheap 205CJ convertible. Needs a roof, but more to the point, that 1.4 is a bit weedy ;)

If its just an XS convertable (which i suspect it is), the rest of the car aint much better! A CTi would be a better place to start :)

I'll have a go maybe, watch this space, but dont hold your breath.

Very good as far as I can tell, they were removed from Hurricane GTi 1.9 16v BX's (it is the same engine as the 405 mi16) in favour of turbo diesels, very fookin fast but not needed.

Gear box comes with em, make me an offer and i'll relay any it to my dad, I can take pic's if you want? I should warn you that my dad likes to keep things "just in case"

I think one of them has done bugger all (about 87,000) and the other one is still in the car, i'll go check that one for you now.

I need an amp, how many channels is it? And what watt (RMS) is it per channel?

formatting link

a.. 2 channel full MOSFET amplifier b.. 600W max power c.. 250W RMS x 2 d.. Fully adjustable high / low pass filer

STILL retails at £270 ;o) it's a damn good amp.

make me an offer :o)

Mason

Damn I really need a 4 channel amp really since I don't want to run a sub : / Out of interest how does £110 sound inc P&P?

i'll post for 110 :o)

snipped-for-privacy@plus.net to sort it out :o)

Ok:

engine a: has done less than 84k since thats what the clock reads currently and the turbo diesel has been in there for at least a cpl of thousand, so it's in the prime of its life.

engine b: has done 140k miles I think i'm not sure if its the right car I didn't get chance to check under the bonnet because my uncle came up to speak to me. But i'll go check again if you want, these engines will easily do 200k tho and more.

Open to offers really but from what I gather they trade hands for about £250-550 depending on the mileage and what comes with them.
