Hi,
Car can start but runs very ragged and quits, misfires sometimes battery good, 12.6, but dash meter in car shows low voltage (never showed this low) any ideas?
92 hard to start up, something wrong with ground wiring

sounds like it could be the battery/alt if the voltage is going low. The computer expects very stable voltage. When the battery went on my '97 I couldn't drive it down the block after a jumpo because of the problems.
Voltage should be more around 14VDC at the battery while running. Check fuel pressure, spark plugs getting good spark and no vacuum leaks. Did you get a check engine light? Any codes?
