i'm looking for ways to increase the horsepower of my stock '97 GT without spending thousands of dollars. what is the best way to go about this? where do i start? i'm trying to keep the cost to a thousand or two, and nothing too complicated. i am fairly mechanically adept, but i am far from being a master mechanic. any help would be appreciated, even if it is just a push in the right direction. thanks.
