I am trying to find out what type of automatic transmission I have in my 1993 LX 5.0 I want to change the filter and fluid but need to know some details so I can get the right filter. How do I find out? Are there any codes in the VIN number or on the ID plate on the door? The plate on the door shows the code TBOSS but that doesn't mean much to me.
I hope someone can help.
