i replaced the throttle position switch and adjusted the throttle screw and it still idles between 1500 to 2000 rpms.. anyone know how to fix this problem???

The PCM controls the idle speed. But now you've screwed the basic setting up. You probably have a vacuum leak. Set that screw till it just opens the butterfly Remove and clean the ISC. Reinstall check idle
Disconnect all vac fitting to the intake except fuel pressure reg, plug the intake vac ports. Check idle, if right..Warm the engine up, disconnect the IdleSpeedControl harness, and adjust the screw back to 500 rpm. reconnnect ISC and attach vac lines one by one
If not right, you probably have an intake leak.. use choke cleaner or unlit propane around all mating surfaces
