Oh my God, it's true! Mustang inventory depleted!!!

According to three dealers who I talked to, Ford will be out of Mustangs by mid-July! They are even resorting to buying used 2003 V6s at auction in order to have something on their property (from Mach-1 Registry site)! One dealer figured he might have a couple Cobras left cause he had a few beforehand, but even then, if there is no new Cobra until 2007 then the existing model will sell out faster. Ford isn't taking any more orders for any Mustangs, the Mach-1s are long gone. I was told by my dealer that they snagged one Mach-1 for me from Oakville Canada Ford only because of a cancelled order and that I simply would not have gotten one if I'd called a couple days later. I thought (30 days ago) it was just overselling B.S. on their part. Meanwhile, just TRY to buy a new Mustang between the end of July and late Sept. of 2004. And anyone buying a 2005 when they just come in will experience, shall we say, slightly higher prices. :)

Sounds like a good time to sell your Stangs if you want. I won't be selling mine : ) John

I was at a local Ford Dealership (2) days ago and they had (6) Machs and (5) Cobras on the lot.

They can come get a couple dozen from our lot, then maybe parking wouldn't suck.
