What is the best way to prep a piece of fiberglass that is already painted for a new, different color of paint? I'm talking about a fiberglass hood that I'd like to repaint. The paint on it already is in decent shape, so don't plan on stripping it all off. However, how should I prep the surgace for a new coat?
