Hey Serge,
I replaced the volt regulator and still not charging properly....when I put my tester on it...it says...12.25 then drops after a few minutes and continues to drop! There are no breaks in my battery cables...should I replace them anyways..I am tired of spending $$$ on items that do not seem to be the problem....so far...new battery, new alternator (tested before I bought it), new regulator, new wires, plugs, cap, rotor, starter solinoid....christ, what's left to change ( do I sound aggrivated).... I took off the ground from the firewall to the block...sanded both contact areas on cable and wall and block and did the same for any other wire I found....and still nadda! The battery won't charge via the alternator!
Now what?
Thanks for your help

What is the battery voltage when the engine is running? It should be around
