Hi Folks:
A friend tells me it's not clear if he needs to remove the body panel under the bumper and asked me to ask you for the proper method.

Nope, just unbolt the four bolts in the trunk. Make sure you disconnect the license plate light wire in the trunk first though. StuK
You might have to remove the bumper gaurds too.
