Assuming you have the correct firing order (AT THE CORRECT POSITION - remember you could still be 180 degrees out of phase at TDC), make shure the injectors are firing at the correct time. If you're good on spark and injector timing then you've got a mixture problem - start with the feul pressur regulator. There are alot of sensors on the turbo models, most of which control air/fuel mixture. If the manifolds from the origional engine were put onto the new engine then the sensors should be ok. BTW did the new engine come from a turbo model? if not you may need to swap Cams to get the correct profiles.
