I was under the hood of my brothers 93 Altima today, 175000kms in pretty good shape. However, it does appear that there is an aftermarket O2 sensor installed. I did not look very carefully to see if this is the only O2 sensor present, but I did notice that this one was not even plugged in!! Shouldn't this be causing the ECU to throw a code? Anyways, I hooked it up, but was just wondering what everyone's opinion was on OEM vs Aftermarket O2 sensors, and perhaps any specific advice regarding this model.
It gets good mileage, and has been very reliable, idles good, etc etc...
