I saw a video on Youtube on replacing the plugs on a 6-cylinder Quest, but it was a 2004. I have a 2000. It looked really hard, and they said it would cost around $400 at a shop, so I'd like to do it myself. But, if it's as hard on a 2000 as it was on the 2000, I may not do it.

You can get some idea on how difficult the job is by calling your local Nissan dealer and asking them what the approximate price is to replace the plugs. If it is anywhere near $400 it is probably not something you are prepared to do.
