The Haynes manual is somewhat unclear or possibly not. This is a 1995 Altima with a door date of 10/94. Connector off and ohmeter to the top two pins shows continuity at idle - that's sensor (middle pin) to ground (top pin). Opening the throttle quickly opens the path between the sensor and ground but closes a switch between the voltage in (bottom pin) and sensor. The Haynes manual says there should be no continuity at all at idle. So, is the present state correct?
