Play MP3 through Nissan BOSE ? -- Possibly RF Modulator ?

Wondering if I can get my 1998 Nissan Bose stereo system to play MP3 Disks. Possibly...

1. Are there any CD changers on the market that will connect to the Nissan Bose CD changer jack, and play MP3 without further modification?

1. There are aftermarket players and CD changers that will use an RF modulator to pump the MP3 signals through a converter that connects to a car's antenna jack -- BUT will they work in the Nissan Bose system without disabling its very wonderful diversity antenna system?

Not interested in replacing the existing system with a new head unit, by the way.
