I thing one of my fuel injectors is going. I know there is a way to check it with a multimeter but I dont know what to set it at and what kind of reading im looking for. can some one clue me in.

Anywhere from 2 ohms to 12 ohms depending on injector. Compare to the other injectors. Of course that probably won't tell you if the injector is good or bad.
where do i put the test leads?
That's a rather strange question. ... You put the leads on the metal parts of the injector's electrical plug.
