I have a 1994 grand am single cam quad 4. It misfires on cylinder no 1. Compression check comes back ok, i am unsure of how to check to see whether cyl one is firing or has no fuel. When i ran the scan tool on it it says that QDM B has a fault. Which in this case could be either a bad injector or a faulty coil or IGN Module. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks

Sounds like a bad injector or the coils/wire/plug for that cylinder are bad. Have you done OHM tests on the coils and wires?
