Yep, this could be the end of GM, they are teetering on the brink now. If Delphi UAW can get there shit together and avoid a strike, GM could pull through, but GM could not sustain any strike that Delphi workers may have. The UAW workers need to face the reality that there will be casualties in the decisions needed to be made and they are damn fools if they strike because it could be a disaster for the economy of the whole city of detroit not to mention further repercussions to the country. Bush was recently in Detroit and basically turned his back on the whole situation. Pretty much like Katrina, yet he is about to make a big donation to the Iran earth quake victims.

You guys misunderstand bankruptcy. If GM declares bankruptcy, it's not the end of GM. It's the end of a lot of other people's money! GM will be flying high.

Some people say the same thing about Katrina victims, its there own fault because they didnt leave. Not so easy when you are 70 or 80 and you is dirt po' with no vehicle.
