968 turbo s

If the factory built such a model, it was not imported into the U.S. The last front engine turbo imported into the U.S. was the 1989 944Ts.

Just did a Yahoo search...and as I suspected, it was never a production car; however, here's the link, where you can get info and the specs.

There were 13 or 14 factory built 968 turbos, about half were racing (RS) and the rest were road going versions but they were not sold to general public. There are also few 'replicas' built by specialist / racing shops. There is one up for sale in Germany at the moment, but the price is very high (and always was) !
