Best flood cam

This cam moves regularly (too often perhaps) but gives you a great view of the flood. What looks like long tubes are actually sandbag dikes covered with plastic. In some cases the water is touching the dikes, in some cases it hasn't reached them yet. Take a look now and then look again on Sunday afternoon as it crests.

The bridge you see is oriented north-south and runs over a tributary called Rose Creek. As you can will see, the water is about a foot below the span. Several bridges crossing the Red have already been closed, and several more will be closed by tomorrow.

The Corp of Engineers and Fargo are planning a major diversion project. The proposed diversion channel runs right through the home/hobby farm of one of my good friends. He has made major improvements to his property and has a huge project in the works. Cripes, what does a person do? The project is expected to take a decade and is subject to the usual modifications. He doesn't know if he should fish or cut bait.
