Has anybody ever converted a Saab (especially 900 hatch) to a battery powered electric?

I don't know, but the C900 (and in fact any Saab post 96) makes a particularly poor choice for conversion. They're just way too heavy, and when you're working with a small amount of power, weight is everything.
