Moving to Puerto Rico

I own a '95 900S Convertible. I'll be moving to Puerto Rico next month. Does anyone know of a source for Saab parts there? Anything obvious I ought to take with me or replace before I go? I'm considering doing the clutch (replaced at 60k, car now has almost 150k). Any other considerations?

Thanks,

Jeff

We just got back from two days in PR and saw exactly two SAABs. They never really had a presence there. There is a multi car San Juan area dealer with a SAAB logo displayed but I did not see any SAABs as we drove by - they never had a good reputation. I corresponded with a guy at one time who was a independent shop and did SAABs but cannot find him in our old emails. I think his name is Rodriguez. We too have a NG convertible and are thinking of bringing it to PR when we retire in a couple of years - I can't get a clear picture of how they value used cars for import duty which is definitely an issue.

I know a guy from PR, and we both know a guy who moved there. The Guy that moved there knows of about 8 Saab 900s on the whole island, four of which he owns, two drivable and two parts cars.

I can get you the guys number, I think.
