Not that I know of, but for a lot cheaper you can get a range of good Garmin units that sit on the dash on some sort of whoopy cushion. They can use internal or external antenna, but the internal should be OK - I use my Venture just sitting on the dash of my 9-5 on a bit of Velcro and it never loses satellite contact (except in tunnels).
