Um, still waiting on that article, teem???, lol.
Supposedly, Saturn ranks right at 2 or three right behind Lexus in customer satisfaction.

According to the J.D. Power and Associates 2006 Initial Quality StudySM, saturn had 129 problems per 100 vehicles, just above the industry average of 124.
