This is the production version picture. Nothing special but the car looks are very clean. I like it.

I thought I'd never see a day. Though I'd stay away from a 50/50 torque split. I was amazed at how much the 40 front /60 rear split goes towards steering neutrality on A4. No hint of understeer on A4(and A6) audi. It might do subaru some good to move some power rearward on lesser imprezas and leave 50/50 to the (presumably older) safety freaks on legacy/outback/fartster.

No subaru for me, I want rear axle torque bias, thank you very much (well, there is something to be said about exorbitant prices of subaru parts where I live also).

I lied, I like 325xi setup where fronts are connected with a huge (2 sec or so delay) after the rears have been spinning in vain. But next to that 40/60 is second best.

I think BMW xi setup is da best at eliminating torque bind and other similar problems with idiots towing the car improperly. But If you do an xi kind of thing on a subaru you either get a bmw(I somehow doubt it) or you get an epileptic RAV4 system with shitty brains that does a random dance when random wheels sleep on a slippery pavement.

My guess is FT-86 platform would be the proving ground for the new awd concept.

Not that I expect toyoda to fix their shitty "awd" in the process.

Any idea what is compromised to get the 36 mpg rating?
