Outback brake pad gotchas?

It seems as if my '01 OBW is due for brake pads. I'm relatively doing this, but has anyone who has done their own ran into any "gotchas" with this car? I've never done brakes on a Subaru.

It's as straightforward as it gets. Just don't forget the anti-squeak goop and be sure to bleed all the old fluid.
