You should see the looks I get when I turn left on red in town from a one way street onto another one way street. Seems a lot of people forget that ROR also provides for LOR if both streets are one-way. Of course, I guess they want me to go the same direction as the one way streets!

They're not forgetting; if they learned to drive before the late
1980's they probably just never even heard. If since then, they just absorbed what they needed to to pass the lame test required to get a license. Isn't it comforting to know that 90% of the driving population is clueless about some traffic laws, such as left on red and pedestrian right of way once they enter a crosswalk.
