So, are there specific times of the year when financing is at its best?

Within the normal model year (Sept-Aug), the best incentives come at the end of the model year (i.e. Right now Chrysler is offering 72 months at 0%). Manufacturers try to clear out their old models to make space for the new ones. As for other times, it depends on the market. If things are slow the manufacturers may decide to offer some incentives to pick up sales.

That's all for cars in general. Being as the STI is already a 2004 and a limited production hot item, the incentives may not apply.

This is true. I got excellent financing on my 2002 OBW last August when = they wanted to clear it out for the 2003's. If you can hold off until = August, unless something happens in between when you are ready and then, = you will probably get a much better deal.

Are you a dealer?

Just kidding,

Probably not for STi though. Unfortunately it's not a commodity item like your OBW.
