Winding sound

I own 2001 subaru forester with 092580 kilometres on it notice when I drive

80 km and over I heard winding sound could be the bearing or the tires(Toyo Spectrum Touring Radial) if it the bearing is it cover power train warranty.I live in Ottawa Canada.
