I think Mike might actually be right here. The EPA reglates unleaded gasoline and has to approve what can and can't be added by refiniries and distributors.

"The Clean Air Act provides EPA with the authority to regulate fuels and fuel additives in order to reduce the risk to public health from exposure to their emissions. The regulations at 40 CFR Part 79 (from the U.S. Government Printing Office) require that each manufacturer or importer of gasoline, diesel fuel, or a fuel additive, have its product registered by EPA prior to its introduction into commerce. Registration involves providing a chemical description of the product and certain technical, marketing and health-effects information. This allows EPA to identify the likely combustion and evaporative emissions. In certain cases, health-effects testing is required for a product to maintain its registration or before a new product can be registered. EPA uses this information to identify products whose emissions may pose an unreasonable risk to public health, warranting further investigation and/or regulation."
Of course, after you buy the gasoline, the EPA has little say in what you can add to it.
Stirling Moss knew how to drive a car at speed and spin the car compleley around on the middle of a bridge (bridge barely wider than the lenght of a car) without either end of the car touching the sides of a bridge. cuhulin
I once owned a 1950 Ford car.One time one of the right front wheel brake liners came loose and it got stuck. That was instant steering to the right all on it's own. cuhulin
Some motorcycles have a drive shaft from the transmission to the rear wheel.I don't know if it is called torque steering, but they can cause the motorcycles to lean to the right (or is it to the left?) if the power is ramped up. cuhulin
What kind of ''steering'' is it called when we are walking along in a straight line and we ''torque steer'' ourselves to the left or to the right or do an abrupt about face? Do birds ''torque steer'' themselves? Aircraft? cuhulin
Walking while being drunk.I think you just nailed it.I am going to the food store tomorrow afternoon for grub and beer. When I get back,I will be doing some '' torque steer walking''. cuhulin
A sloppy front suspension, sloppy steering system/worn out,,, vehicle will ''walk'' all over the road.I have seen some vehicles before y'all wouldn't believe, going down the road. cuhulin
I used to own and drive an International walk in van.ha!, the front horizontal steering stabilizer (looks kind of like a shock absorber) thingy wore out.Driving along, that front end wanted to go everywhere by itself. cuhulin
You posted 9 more times in this thread already, in a single day. When you're trying to make somebody believe something like this, don't demonstrate that you're a liar right in the same breath.
